Perfecto enters free agency

The Russian anchor has been released after a year on the bench.

Ilya "⁠Perfecto⁠" Zalutskiy has announced he has been released from Cloud9 and is now on the lookout for a new team as a free agent.

"Finally, I can announce that I am a free agent from today," he wrote in an X statement.

"I am still motivated, and now even more. If you are interested in B jumper (maybe other roles as well), DM or contact me."

Perfecto signed for Cloud9 in July 2023, when the organization announced the signings of Denis "⁠electroNic⁠" Sharipov and Perfecto from Natus Vincere to form a super team. Things didn't go as planned, however, as they failed to secure a standout result and eventually went their separate ways.

Perfecto kept up a 1.07 rating in a turbulent time for the team, during which he also needed to pick up the AWP on some maps, and ended his Cloud9 stint in April 2024 after a period of lackluster results by the team.

Since then, he played for Roler Coaster in the PGL Bucharest qualifiers, where he averaged a 1.23 rating across the open and closed stages.
