CS2 update adds weekly missions and new maps
Players will now have the opportunity to earn bonus XP through weekly missions.

Valve has released a new update for CS2, introducing weekly missions that players can complete to secure bonus XP. The update also introduces five community maps into the game: Agency, Grail, Jura, Dogtown, and Brewery.
While weekly missions have existed in the past in Counter-Strike, they have historically come as part of larger Operation updates. With the previous introduction of the Armory update and now weekly missions, it seems that Valve may be looking to move away from the previous seasonal nature of Operations in favor of a more continuous system.

Agency, originally introduced as a Hostage map as a part of Operation Bravo in 2013, has now returned in CS2 through this update. This update also features FACEIT Mapcore competition-winning map Grail along with Jura, another Mapcore entry, while Dogtown and Brewery have been added to supplement the Wingman pool.
These maps will be taking the places of Basalt, Edin, Palais, and Whistle, which have been removed from all game modes in CS2 as a part of this update.

Removed snd_setmixer, snd_setmixlayer, snd_soundmixer_setmixlayer_amount, and snd_soundmixer_set_trigger_factor console commands.

Fixed a bug where input bindings to scancode56 (US English key "/") wouldn't persist across app launches.

Lobby invites from players marked with "Block All Communication" in Steam will now be ignored in-game.
