Danil "molodoy" Golubenko shared a few words on stage after FURIA's elimination at the hands of Spirit, touching on his debut event, playing in front of his home crowd, and the team's future.
"I want to say to everyone, first of all, thanks a lot for supporting my team and me," he began. "I'm very happy that I'm being supported in my own country, and I'm thankful to everyone who came to this match. Thanks a lot.
"Second, it so happened that my first event was on this stage, my home country. I wasn't nervous, but I need to get used to the rhythm of these tournaments, and I think everything will work out for me and my team because... we are FURIA. I represent my home, my flag, Kazakhstan. I want Kazakhstan to always be at the top of esports, that is my dream.
"The opponent wasn't easy, but everyone is beatable and we should always strive for something. I think this won't be our last tournament, or my last tournament, and I will show what I'm capable of.
"I'm always confident about myself because in my mind I don't care who I play against... ZywOo, s1mple, donk, there is no difference to me. I always try to play my game and be the best in the server, it's just...
