Applications are open for Falcons Force, the organization's new academy team.

The former NIP Impact coach has been charged with Falcons' academy team

Falcons has announced a new academy team to be coached by Niels Christian "⁠NaToSaphiX⁠" Sillassen, who became NIP Impact's skipper after a journeyman career as a player.

After short playing stints in teams like Sprout, HEROIC, and Complexity, the 28-year-old undertook a shift to coaching in the womens' circuit, spending over a year with NIP Impact from March 2024 to June 2025.

NIP Impact made it to the ESL Impact League Finals for the first time during his tenure in Season 6, finishing 5-6th, and then reached the semi-finals in Season 7.

The Dane has now been tasked with building Falcons Force, an academy project that aims to onboard promising talents and "prepare them for the world's biggest stages."

Applications to join the team are now open, after which there will be scouting tournaments followed by a final evalutation period and the team selection.

They have enough money to pretend like they a broad base of players in their region from which they can scout talent. There are none, as there a no soccer players, no handball players, no golfers and no tennis players. STOP trying to buy a culture by buying foreign players. Instead try to change and invest in you own broken country and find the reason why noone ever gets good at anything other than selling oil and telling women what to do. Like their main team, they will just buy talents from other countries.
