Bulgaria's No.1 team is planning to go international, according to SPELLAN.

SPELLAN is a free agent after the end of his 500 contract

Teodor "⁠SPELLAN⁠" Nikolov and Blagoi "⁠oxygeN⁠" Dimitrov have been released by 500 following the expiry of their contracts, it was announced on Friday.

In a post on X, SPELLAN revealed that 500 "decided to go on a different path" and are looking to build an international roster. The organization said that more information about the future of the team will be announced "soon."

oxygeN had been part of 500 since May 2024, with SPELLAN joining the team three months later. The Bulgarian outfit climbed to 27th in the global VRS in February after winning the ICE Invitational in Barcelona and CCT Season 2 Europe Series 17 but has tumbled down the rankings since then. They are currently 74th in the world.

"I must say I don't believe I deserved to be replaced, and it's a little heartbreaking," SPELLAN wrote. "But I respect their decision, and I hope they will reach their goals with the new roster and qualify for a Major.

"This situation makes me even hungrier, because I know I have a lot of passion and desire to win, and I want to keep showing it on the server."

500 now have:
