Overpass to re-enter pool at Cologne as BLAST and ESL issue update
Anubis will be swapped for Overpass at all of the duo's LAN events next season.

Overpass will replace Anubis at IEM Cologne 2025 after ESL announced that the change will affect the ESL Pro Tour "with immediate effect."
The exception is the ongoing ESL Pro League Season 22 qualifiers, which will continue to run on the old patch.

BLAST issued a similar update, which confirmed Overpass' inclusion in their map pool from August 1 onwards for the BLAST Rising qualifiers. Open qualifiers in July, however, will continue to use Anubis.
The news gives teams 10 days (seven for play-in) to prepare for the new map pool ahead of Cologne, a timespan shortened for teams attending FISSURE Playground 1 in Serbia.
ESEA will enact the change for their leagues from July 28, while PGL are yet to announce their stance.
