JamYoung stars as TYLOO secure surprise playoff berth with stand-in over Astralis

The Chinese team advanced undefeated despite missing their sniper thanks to a 1.59-rated series from JamYoung.

TYLOO have locked in a playoff berth at FISSURE Playground 1 after stunning Astralis in the Group C winners' match despite using coach WeiJie "zhokiNg" Zhong as a stand-in for Dongkai "Jee" Ji.

The Chinese team won hearts at the BLAST.tv Austin Major at the end of the spring season, securing a Stage 2 berth before bowing out with a 1-3 record. Their return after the break was hamstrung by visa issues affecting Jee, but wins over Virtus.pro and one of the tournament favorites, Astralis, may have bought them enough time for their sniper to return.

Jee to miss TYLOO's opener at FISSURE Playground

The Danes were punished for a sloppy display of Counter-Strike on Mirage, where they gave up several advantageous situations and lost clutches to Yi "JamYoung" Yang and Qianhao "Moseyuh" Chen to let TYLOO convert their pick, 13-9.

Astralis came back with a vengeance on Nuke, drumming up a 10-0 lead on the CT side with Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen posting a flawless 12-0 start. TYLOO added a single round on the T side before staging a comeback effort in the second half as Astralis started to struggle on the defense, much like they did against MIBR on day one, but the deficit proved too much to overcome for the Chinese side.

That ended up not mattering much on Inferno, where Jingxiang "Mercury" Wang and Moseyuh ripped Astralis apart round after round for much of the first half. JamYoung then added to a fantastic series by putting up a stalwart defense after the swap, tallying a 3.37 CT side rating and 184.4 ADR to secure a playoff berth and send Astralis down to the group decider, where a rematch against MIBR awaits.

Have you see him aiming? (_His Actually Matches?_)? ____________________________________________________________ ( AND A FINNISH QUESTION IN END) ____________________________________________________________ He play A+ 99% of time, he have rifle skills of ropz (A game ropz) + ZywOo's aim (A game ZywOo) same time. In end of 2026, he has taken mezii place in Vitality gurantee (only not if they keep win all events for years in row) Not even prime s1mple, NiKo or anybody can reach his current level and he is leveling up fast BY THE WAY: Where allu been last 10 years?

As far as I know, Jee might get his visa tomorrow, but he still cannot make it on time for quarter. He is likely to join only if tyloo go to semi. That is unlikely for a team with stand-in though.
