The Polish roster is on the market after just over two months with the organization.

Inner Circle have announced the transfer-listing and benching of their roster, a mere two months after assembling the Polish lineup, due to the team "not achieving the goals that were set for this period."

The organization stated that they "want to continue supporting the guys in upcoming tournaments", including "sponsoring their participation in Birch Cup." The statement concluded by saying there are "upcoming updates" regarding their future roster.

The news comes soon after Inner Circle constructed the current squad, with all of the members bar Szymon "⁠kRaSnaL⁠" Mrozek joining in July. kRaSnaL had been with Inner Circle since the organization's inception in January.

Inner Circle endured mixed results with in their latest constellation, exiting the CS Asia Championships Europe qualifier and DraculaN Season 1 early doors, but the team are in the grand final of ESEA Advanced Season 54 following an unbeaten campaign.

AWPer Olek "⁠hades⁠" Miskiewicz called the team's time on Inner Circle "a short but interesting period," thanking the organization for giving them a chance.

"Obviously we both wanted better results but it is what it is sometimes. We will playout remainder of the tournaments in our lineup[...] and see how it goes."

The transfer-listed lineup includes:

they spent money getting them to ranked events, they blew out 0-2 every one of them and when they finally got VRS ranking it was ~226 place, so outside invite range for most events. No surprise they dropped them

I don't know what were they expecting from an unranked roster. Of course they were horrendous for most of the time, but they can't expect such a growth in ranking in a short time.

To be fair they didn't give them much time. Last matches they played pretty nice and they are in the final of ESEA Advanced.

Thinking the same, not a surprising move. The roster is underperforming and Inner Circle looks like a new org who has a lot of money, I think they aim a way better roster on CS than this and aren't waiting for it. For FUT for example they had a french roster and apparently the contracts were like 3 to 5 months, so not a lot of time to prove and when the NA'VI Junior offer appeared they took it. I think Inner Circle did the same for their polish roster, a few opportunities and if the results aren't perfect they throw them. Inner Circle on Linkedin say they have from 11 to 50 employees, so a lot of people for a small org. although on their linkedin only 3 peole with important positions are listed. Their CEO was the Head of Media from Natus Vincere and left in may 2025, so maybe he has connections and fundraisers. (They have a YT Channel and when you look at the videos they have an insane production, like tier S orgs who have tier S rosters and are big on every esport, but for Inner Circle they just have a few thousands followers)

Replacing karrigan and Neo with nawrot and mynio would be equal to replacing fx8350 and old am3 mobo with 7800x3d and am5 mobo, they are legends but their time has past a long time ago, it's just immersiable how better faze will become with these two.

Like, sorry but as much as I think reviving the 9ine roster was a horrid idea, you cannot expect a squad to become a top team out of the blue in the vrs era where getting any points is a challenge
