Marsborne add Cxzi in place of motm

The former Complexity rifler will take over the leadership reins in Marsborne.

Cxzi has found a new home following his recent departure from Complexity

Marsborne have announced the addition of former Complexity player Danny "⁠Cxzi⁠" Strzelczyk as their new IGL, with the 25-year-old set to replace Ian "⁠motm⁠" Hardy on the roster.

The North American squad will be hoping Cxzi can bolster their chances at qualifying for StarLadder Budapest Major, as the team are currently in the mix for a Stage 1 berth.

Cxzi became known to fans of tier-one CS thanks to his move to Complexity at the start of the year, having made a name for himself in NA representing the likes of Party Astronauts by posting strong performances in regional competition.

The rifler formed part of Complexity's rebuild following the departures of Jonathan "⁠EliGE⁠" Jablonowski and Ricky "⁠floppy⁠" Kemery, but Complexity did not hit the heights of the previous iteration with Cxzi among their number.

The majority of Complexity's lineup would eventually sign for Passion UA as the North American organization exited CS, with Cxzi left by the wayside.

Marsborne are well in the race for a Stage 1 berth for StarLadder Budapest Major and Cxzi has already helped the team garner more VRS points, as he featured during their recent victory in PrizePicks NA Revival Series 9 where the team took down Wildcard in the final.
