NaToSaphiX has assembled a roster for Falcons' academy project.

Former NIP Impact coach, NaToSaphiX, has been charged with Falcons' academy team

Falcons have announced the lineup for their academy roster coached by Niels Christian "⁠NaToSaphiX⁠" Sillassen, named Falcons Force.

Falcons sign NaToSaphiX to coach new academy

The roster was brought together following an open application process, after which there were scouting tournaments followed by a final evaluation period.

The Falcons Force lineup is populated by largely unknown players, with only two currently sporting HLTV profiles.

Those players are Andrei "⁠grecu⁠" Grecu, who previously featured for INFINITE and recently played in DraculaN Season 1, and Vladimir "⁠VENO⁠" Stankovic, who played a match in European Pro League with Volt.

Falcons Force are:

That's a good thing, a positive thing to do. I am still gonna be an asshole and say it would be great if they actually tried to foster Saudi Arabians to play and develop. If they were to do that on a bigger scale, I would be willing to believe they treat this more seriously than just for sportswashing.

The fact is, that despite the impression people are mistakenly transferring from the main team, these players won't be on particularly high salaries. It's similar to the Saudi Pro League in Football, the big name imports get the ridiculous money and the rest of the squad get peanuts, it'll likely be the same with this academy team. They'll use it as a base to integrate any potential middle eastern talents into in the future.
