The Huns round out CS Asia Championships 2025 team list

The Mongolian team booked the final ticket to the event in China with a victory over Alter Ego.

The Huns punched their ticket to the CS Asia Championships with a 2-1 victory over Alter Ego in the Asia Closed Qualifier's grand final, becoming the 16th and final team to secure a spot at the event in Shanghai.

The Mongolians join five other teams from qualifiers, namely GamerLegion, HEROIC, FUT, and fnatic, who won the four European slots, and Imperial, who beat out Fluxo for the South American berth, along with the 10 invited teams.

The Huns have been showing great form of late, becoming the country's best team behind The MongolZ and fifth in the Asian VRS after beating local rivals Chinggis Warriors at MESA Pro Series Fall 2025 and eXTREMESLAND 2025 Mongolia Open Qualifier 1 on LAN in the past two months, as well as online in the CS Asia Championships 2025 East Asia Open Qualifier.

The Huns' victory means that #27 on the inaugural Top 50 Prospects ranking, Anarbileg "⁠cobrazera⁠" Uuganbayar, will be one of the many prospects at the LAN in Shanghai.

The 20-year-old was the third-highest rated player in the Closed Qualifier behind teammates Munkhtogtokh "⁠xerolte⁠" Enkhbat and Yesuntumur "⁠nin9⁠" Gantulga with a 1.25 rating in five maps.

HLTV's #27 prospect will be at CAC 2025

The 20-year-old made his international LAN debut earlier this year at BLAST Open Lisbon 2025, where his highlight was a 1.08 rating in an 0-2 loss to Falcons.

CAC 2025 will take place between October 14-19 in Shanghai, with $1 million in prizes ($400,000 for teams and $600,000 for organizations). The team list for the event is:
