NAVI reach StarSeries Fall final over NIP as day three wraps up

NIP will face off against B8 for the opportunity to have a rematch against NAVI.

Natus Vincere have secured the first grand final spot at StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025, shipping Ninjas in Pyjamas to the lower bracket of the Hungarian event in the process.

The third day of the event also saw significant action in the lower bracket, as Gentle Mates and B8 sent PARIVISION and Passion UA home, respectively. To cap off the day, B8 put an end to Gentle Mates' run, a crucial result for the Ukrainian squad as they fended off one of their closest contenders for a spot at the upcoming Starladder Budapest Major.

Natus Vincere hit the ground running in their upper-bracket final against Ninjas in Pyjamas, romping to a 10-2 start on the defense on their opponent's pick as Ukrainian duo Valeriy "⁠b1t⁠" Vakhovskiy and Ihor "⁠w0nderful⁠" Zhdanov led the way for their team.

Marco "⁠Snappi⁠" Pfeiffer took charge after the side swap, leading by example alongside Michel "⁠ewjerkz⁠" Pinto to help Ninjas in Pyjamas make Nuke competitive with a run of five rounds in a row, but it would not take much longer before Natus Vincere finished what they started with a 13-9 scoreline.

Although Ninjas in Pyjamas kicked off Inferno with a pistol round win, Natus Vincere ultimately came out the victors of the first half with a 7-5 scoreline, racking up two force-buy victories to Ninjas in Pyjamas's one.

Aleksi "⁠Aleksib⁠" Virolainen's men further extended their lead with a pistol round victory of their own on the defense, and although Ninjas in Pyjamas managed to lay claim to the first two gun rounds, they were unable to prevent Natus Vincere from scooping up the final four rounds they needed to finish the map 13-7.

Natus Vincere will now be waiting for the conclusion of the lower-bracket final between Ninjas in Pyjamas and B8 to determine who their opponent in the grand final will be.
