gokushima's ESIC sanction expires following informant reduction
The Russian player's reduction comes after he "provided material assistance to ESIC, including information and corroboration that supported subsequent enforcement actions against other participants."

ESIC has announced that Erkhan "gokushima" Bagynanov's Rejection Order for breaches of the ESIC Anti-Corruption Code and Code of Conduct relating to match manipulation and associated integrity violations has been reduced.

The original sanction period was from March 27, 2024 to March 26, 2026, but has now been reduced from two years to eighteen months and 13 days, ending October 10, 2025, after gokushima provided material assistance to ESIC, including information and corroboration that supported subsequent enforcement actions against other participants.
The 25-year-old was gaining recognition after signing for FORZE in October 2023, but it all came crashing down when the Russian organization benched the team and news of gokushima's ESIC ban broke in April 2024.
gokushima's cooperation materially assisted ESIC in issuing sanctions against:
-
Egor "zLy" Polyakov – Lifetime ban
-
Aleksandr "Ruler" Maximov – 5-year ban
-
Dmitriy "propleh" Senigov – 5-year ban
-
Petr "timeagento" Markheev – 5-year ban
-
Other information presently being used by ESIC in another ongoing investigation into match-fixing activities.
Aleksandr 'Ruler' Maximov
Dmitriy 'propleh' Senigov
Petr 'timeagento' Markheev
