ENCE and kuben part ways
The Polish coach had been inactive on the team for over a year.

ENCE has announced that Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński is no longer tied to the organization as the two parties have come to a mutual agreement to terminate their contract.
The Polish skiipper had been on the sidelines since August 2024, when he was removed from his duties to make way for Niclas "enkay J" Krumhorn.
kuben had been on the team since November 2023, when he was brought on to replace Eetu "sAw" Saha, and was tasked with rebuilding a crumbling team that lost the core of its previously succesful team with Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, Pavle "Maden" Bošković, Guy "NertZ" Iluz, and Álvaro "SunPayus" García all leaving.

Most famously, kuben was part of ENCE's miracle run at IEM Katowice in 2024, when a Polish core and Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander made it all the way to the playoffs in the Spodek against the odds.
That lightning in a bottle could never be caught again and after changing to a more international roster the team failed to settle and get any notable results. Finally, after missing out on the Shanghai Major, kuben was moved to the bench.
Now, after over a year on the sidelines, the skipper who stood behind Virtus.pro and then helped take apEX on a true underdog story all the way to the Major semi-finals in Paris before his time in ENCE, is once again a free agent.
