ex-coL to sign shemp - Report

According to mibr.com.br, Eduardo "shemp" Ferreira is the strongest candidate to complete the former compLexity team.

The Brazilian player is currently on the market after quitting GamerHouse last night, with his replacement coming in the form of ex-coL star Lincoln "fnx" Lau.

Ferreira had already been mooted as a possibility to join the former coL side when they parted company with Bruno "bit" Fukuda in March, but the team went for Matheus "urb" Oliveira instead.

He stated last month he would consider moving to the ex-coL team if the opportunity came knocking, and it is believed he is all set to join the IEM5 American champions.

Ferreira became a big hit in Brazil in FireGamers, which earned him a move to playArt.sp, now known as GamerHouse, where he spent just one month.

Meanwhile, it has been announced that CSS team Targetdown have dispensed with the services of Bruno "bruno" Ono, Renato "nak" Nakano and Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo so that the trio can focus on their 1.6 project.

This decision comes just weeks after the team attended Copenhagen Games' CSS competition with Guilherme "spacca" Spacca as a stand-in, crashing out of the tournament in the second group stage.

If the reports prove true, the ex-coL team will feature:

Bruno "bruno" Ono
Renato "nak" Nakano
Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
Matheus "urb" Oliveira
Eduardo "shemp" Ferreira

And i read this week: "Brazilian 1.6 is dead". Never haha. When pvell back investments to mibr we'll be top1 world again. Now with ex-coL full dedicates to 1.6 they can take top6 in europe. In brazil, fallen's squad remains the best team and after them comes the CNB.

yeah something like that. Looks like they show the great play at .br tournaments and win anything, but for the world events them line-up looks rly ugly. Sad, i love old mibr with cogu and all brazilian stars, bring back the old squad - only right decision i think, but this is impossible, right?!

IDK where are you from, so i has nobody to compare, but russian teams in old times show really great results: WCG 2002 1st place, ACON5 1st place, ESWC 2004 3rd place, WCG 2005 4th place, WCG 2009 4th place, etc, and don't forget, Virtus.pro is the first team in the world, who defeat legendary SK in 2004 since 2003.

I like the changes, fnx was a good player for coL in-game but not outside. Outside the game he was fucking up with the moral team as he fucked once with the old 'mibr'. So, I like the changes, we need to test new things cause the old ones aren't getting good. urb & shemp will be surprising to see in action together with FalleN, bruno and nak. (: gl guys, cheering for you as always!
