dateam add keiz & hyvlarn*

dateam have announced the addition of Jon "hyvlarn" Edelsvärd and André "keiz" Carlsson.

This past Sunday dateam saw their in-game leader Mattias Snajdan Andersen leave for Lions, which left the team with just three members. The team has decided against continuing with their WCG qualifier stand-in Emir "EMR" Ceric, meaning the team would be on the lookout for two new members.

The first member was found in a2g's Jon "hyvlarn" Edelsvärd, while the second member was found in André "keiz" Carlsson, who most recently was shown the exit door in Lions, following his first event with the team, the Swedish WCG qualifier.

hyvlarn now a part of dateam

dateam now consist of:

Danniél "dalito" Morales
Daniel "rape" Börzsönyi
Emil "striker" Westerberg
Jon "hyvlarn" Edelsvärd
André "keiz" Carlsson

The team is looking at attending the BYOC qualifier at DreamHack Summer, in which they strive to claim one of the two spots for the main competition. The team will also attend the 2011 IOL FINAL4 at DreamHack Summer, where they will battle against Lions, SK and fnatic.

dateam is furthermore looking for financial support for DreamHack Summer, hoping they can lock a deal with someone who can send them to Jönköping later this month. The team can be contacted via [email protected].

* Update - Jon "hyvlarn" Edelsvärd has informed HLTV.org that the move is not permanent, as he is still with a2g. Together with André "keiz" Carlsson, Edelsvärd will only act as stand-in for DreamHack Summer.

Read first, then post a comment here. manne will not go to fnatic, he will stay in a2g alongside with hyvlarn & co. I give 99% that the last man for FNATIC will be GuX. manne hasn't got international experience to join a top5 world team. As far goes for keiz, he will probably join a2g later on, or even ESC.sca, if they will play bad on Dreamhack (for example, ESC.sca wouldn't grab one of those 2 spots from BYOC and so on...). The only reason why keiz & hyvlarn will play for dateam, is that they will participate probably in 2 biggest Sweden lan tournaments at the same time. I believe dateam after Dreamhack & IOL Final4 will split away or will bring Snajdan as 4th member of the team, if LIONS will kick him, and will lookout for 5th player.

I wouldn't say clanjumper, I'd sure as hell leave a team for joining LIONS. And as a rising cs-player i'd want to play as much as possible, even if it is with lesser teams.

Wondering the same. My guess is the Sweedish cs players are not very smart. Top3 teams FX, mTw and Na'Vi, these team, have been playing with the same line-up for quite a while, and that's what makes them good. You can't just change players again and again, an blame the org etc etc. Is it so hard to se, that you need to bulid a team. You can't just pick the 5 best players in Sweeden and expect them to win. On the other hand do, Na'Vi, Fx and mTw, got another playing style, witch is much more tactical, more flashes, starts and tacks. Tactics now on days, has blown through the window.
