eSahara defeat Tyloo in round 1

Electronic Sahara has defeated TyLoo in the first round of the group winning 16-14 on de_dust2 to cement their spot as the favourite to top group B.

After some interruptions at the beginning of play today, eSahara has proven most of their doubters wrong and taken a narrow 16-14 win over TyLoo. If eSahara are able to keep up this performance they will finish top of their group and most likely be paired up against GameHolics or eXecutioners from group E. TyLoo on the other hand will meet SK Gaming if no further upsets occur.

it actually wasn't that narrow, the finishing score for esahara was 16-11, it was quite comfortable in fact.

it was 16-11, but if Tyloo won 1 more round in the first half, it would of ended a draw. IMO eSahara were lucky they won enough in the first half, coz Tyloo were looking good towards the end.

it's a game of 'ifs' though, of course tyloo COULD have won... w/e i viewed that as a pretty comfortable win with eS in control immediately in the second half with little resistance from tyloo

Man that was some awesome shit from eS CT side.. practically decimated tyloo near T spawn/b tunnel.. now thats the kind of gameplay that makes you happy!

yeah you can look at it like that, 16-14 is close and i don't think eSahara slackened off. Groups often get decided by rounds, i think Tyloo just got off to a bad start, and if we saw another 30 rounds, i think Tyloo would of won.

Not trying to have a go bro, but that logic is flawed. Once a team reaches 16 the garbage rounds dont mean shit (they do for round diff etc, but there's no way that will be an issue in this group), in the "real world" eS won by 5, not 2. Who gives props for a team winning every round after the game is already over? It counts towards competitive spirit, but not in terms of actual performance

old line-up won qualifier so they attend the event with the old one, except that RiGo fills the spot of SIXER :) But eSahara's official lu includes mSx, drizzer, SIXER, HaRtS & MAJER
