New CSP bomb bag, defuse kit models

Following the improved S.A.S. and Phoenix Connection player models, the CSPromod developers have revealed the new bomb bag and defuse kit.

The development team has been hard at work preparing the game for 1.10 beta and teasing the community with some of the new content the update will bring later today.

Earlier this week, the CSPromod team unveiled their work on the improved British S.A.S. and Phoenix Connection player models.

The team has now introduced the new bomb bag and defuse kit. While the bomb bag is nothing out of the ordinary, the defuse kit has been overhauled and received a nifty new feature.

A multimeter, used to measure voltage, current and resistance, has been added to the defuse kit. It has also been equipped with a LED-backlit LCD screen which will illuminate when in dark areas.

Furthermore, the CSPromod developers have announced that the 1.10 beta update will be available today at 8PM CET. Download mirrors will be put up on the project's website.

Voltage says nothing about the power of the eletricity. That would be Ampere. You could have 1 million volts through your body and it would be no problem, but a high ampere with only 12V can be deadly.

Last time I tried the game the only thing I didn't like was the movement of the models and the look of them. So if these 2 things are fixed with the patch I'll give it another try. :)

what.... how is go more tactical... being able to shoot through walls gives you way more options. Not to mention 1.6/promod movement is much better than go/css therefore also giving you more options and higher skill ceiling.

ehh i would like to see sponsors makeing tournaments, but just take a look how many tournaments (and money for players ) has cs go. our hope is that nip will rule like now for a much longer time and players just will think about changeing game ^ ^

The models are so far the most important update. What the hell is wrong with you? Tell me what else needs to be added/removed/fixed. Of course some bug fixes are also coming along with 1.10, but the models are the most important update. And they're amazing! Let's just hope the animations are as good as the models look.

I don't have any problems with models as long as they behave normally. But it's obvious that the current CSP models are really really awful. And yeah, I do play GO as well.

kids like you are a joke. 1.09 was amazing in terms of gameplay mechanics and overall feel. now they are fixing some of the largest issues which have always plagued the mod (animations, player models) and you continue to flame. go play your cod style pub game. I will truely enjoy playing csp; it is the future

Now the defuse needs to be a minigame. Using the multimeter, you have to decide which wire to cut (different every time). Pick the right one, it defuses. Pick the wrong one. It explodes even before the timer on the bomb.
