ESWC female groups released

Alongside the action of the $75,000 main tournament at ESWC 2015—located in Montreal and taking place on July 10-12—the best female CS:GO teams in the game will compete for a $15,000 prize purse.

Despite the recent withdrawal of Bad Monkey Gaming from the event, widely considered one of the best female CS:GO teams in Europe, a number of other top challenger teams will be present, such as UBINITED, Team Karma, and Acer (the last especially known for defeating Karma to win ESWC 2014 last year).

For the female team group draw, all eight teams were seeded with a designation of either "top" or "high," with seeds depending on recent results in international competitions or online qualifiers.

Karma are placed in a different group from their previous ESWC rivals Acer 

Groups were then randomly composed with two teams from each seed group, leading to two groups that appear as follows:

As a reminder, the format of the ESWC Female tournament features these two groups in a best-of-one, round robin format. Two teams advance from each group to play a single elimination, best-of-three playoffs.

The prize pool distribution for the tournament is once again:

1. - $7,000
2. - $4,000
3-4. - $2,000

The female tournament will see group stage play take place on Saturday, July 11th and playoffs transpire the next day on July the 12th.
