RvN win Game Evo 2015
Kuwaiti team RvN have won the 40,000 AED (~$10,890) event hosted in Dubai, which was nevertheless plagued with organisational issues that forced several teams to withdraw.
Eight teams total (seven hailing from the Middle East region and one from India) gathered in Dubai this past weekend for the ~$10,890 tournament known as Game Evolution 2015.
The first reports which emerged from the event however were not auspicious ones as it turned out that the official host of the tournament, Golden Hall Cafe, failed to deliver appropritate and adequate numbers of PCs for the CS:GO and Dota 2 tournaments.

RvN triumphed through a tournament plagued with logistical issues
When Team Impulse were contacted by HLTV.org about the situation, they spoke of a jarring breach of aptitude by Golden Hall's owner in providing said PCs:
"Today in the event itself Golden Hall were meant to bring 60 PCs to be provided for csgo and dota2 (purchased with the same spec from ESL Dubai).
On the day the owner of Golden Hall (his name is Rafi) had only brought 20 PCs from his own net cafe and claimed the others went missing and then disappeared from the event itself (These PCs he was meant to bring were purchased from Game Evo and now it's claimed that he stole the PCs).
The PCs that were delivered had cigarette butts all over them, the monitors weren't cleaned properly and it was sticky everywhere.
Team Impulse and Last Resort left the event in disgust on what was done from Game Evo and Golden Hall's behalf."
Regardless of the forfeiture of Impulse and Last Resort, teams continued to play in the tournament and it was ultimately RvN, a team comprising three Kuwaiti and two Saudi players, who won first place after defeating Just Passing By in the semifinals and then Team Risky 2-1 in the grand finals.
RvN's roster is:
Fayez "cheK" Saif
Rayan "RayaN" Al-Sobhi
Saleh "shanx" Alenezi
Mohannad "Ninjas" Abdullah
Hassan "Stealer" Aljadi
Fahad "vRss" Salem (coach)
The team previously appeared on CS:GO radars while playing a showmatch against Virtus.pro earlier this year as well as winning the Que Club and BenQ 2014 CS:GO tournament for the Middle Eastern region.
