minet joins Rogue as coach

Rogue have announced that former mTw star Oliver "minet" Minet has been installed as the team's coach.

The 25-year-old was approached in the aftermath of the team's disappointing group stage exit at ESWC following defeats against Fnatic Academy and ENCE.

In a statement, Rogue explained that Oliver "⁠minet⁠" Minet's work resulted in "a clear performance boost" before the Acer Predator Masters Season 3 Finals, where the team finished in third place.

This is the second coaching stint for the former mTw star, who briefly coached Hydras Esport, the team of his brother Emil "⁠Ari⁠" Minet, earlier in the Fall.

“I was approached by Rogue very closely after their disappointment at ESWC," Minet said in a statement, "We didn't all know each other, so that was an important thing to make sure that we all got along and that I would actually have something with merit to say.

"I'm very happy to be a part of Rogue officially, even though they've been treating me like family from the get go. I hope this will be a fruitful development for all, especially the players.”

Rogue's CS:GO team, which will face Tricked tonight in the semi-finals of the eSportsArcadeTV Cup, now has the following roster:

It still doesnt make Minet a "legend". He was in mTw for a pretty short while in the history of CS 1.6. The legendary lineup is the one who was dominant in 2008. The 2010 lineup was a top team, but not the best. Its like saying Allu is a legend, cos he played in NiP (...)
