French duo to join Misfits - Report

Misfits will revamp their roster with the signings of David "devoduvek" Dobrosavljevic and François "AmaNEk" Delaunay, according to a report from Flickshot.fr.

The French duo are poised to move to the United States to join the ex-TSM team as replacements for Russel "⁠Twistzz⁠" Van Dulken - who is believed to be on the brink of signing for Liquid - and Skyler "⁠Relyks⁠" Weaver.

David "⁠devoduvek⁠" Dobrosavljevic joined EnVyUs in February but was quickly moved to a backup position as the organisation signed Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom after talks between the Belgian player and FaZe broke down.

devoduvek and AmaNEk will further their careers across the Atlantic

He played alongside François "⁠amanek⁠" Delaunay for almost a year under a number of organisations, including Red Instict, Platinium eSport, and Vexed Gaming. The team most notably finished 3rd-4th at ESWC 2016 but cut a frustrating figure at this year's Assembly Winter event, where they placed 9th-12th.

Curiously, Misfits' new players will make their first offline appearance for Misfits on home soil, with the team having recently qualified for the DreamHack Open event in Tours, from May 6-8.

Luis "⁠peacemaker⁠" Tadeu, who has been coaching the team in the last week after being dismissed by OpTic, is expected to take up a permanent position within the organisation.

With these changes, Misfits will have the following roster:

There is nobody to kick. Liquid has 4 official players. Hazed is only a stand-in so twistzz will replace hazed. Liquid will now be: Elige nitr0 jdm64 stanislaw twistzz If I was Liquid, i'd bench nitr0 and keep hazed and see how that works out tbh.

The thing is in France we have a huge talent pool of players (like you in UK but for commentators :) ) It's becomes hard for really good french players to stand out from the others. But those "tier 2-3" players as you call them are way better than most of NA (US/Canada) top players. So I think it's a good thing for everybody: Misfit to learn how to play the EU way Devo & Ama to receive a 10-15k monthly pay check

yeah relyks has great aim and generally doesn't make braindead plays but something just never clicked with this roster. i think its best for both him an misfits that he left.
