Twistzz to step in for Liquid in EPL

Misfits star Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken will play for Liquid as a stand-in in tonight's double ESL Pro League header against OpTic, it has been announced.

Russel "⁠Twistzz⁠" Van Dulken is widely believed to be close to signing for Liquid, with Misfits having reportedly earmarked French duo François "⁠amanek⁠" Delaunay and David "⁠devoduvek⁠" Dobrosavljevic as replacements for the Canadian and for Skyler "⁠Relyks⁠" Weaver.

Liquid's fifth spot is currently vacant after Jacob "⁠Pimp⁠" Winneche handed in a transfer request last month. Former CLG member James "⁠hazed⁠" Cobb played for the team in the recent iBUYPOWER Invitational, where they finished third-fourth following a 0-2 defeat against OpTic in the semi-finals.

Twistzz will play for Liquid against OpTic

Liquid currently sit fourth in the ESL Pro League, with an 11-5 record. Their first match in the ECS league will also pit them against OpTic, on Friday, but it is unclear at this point if Twistzz will play that match.

This means that Liquid will field the following lineup tonight:

Jonathan "⁠EliGE⁠" Jablonowski
Josh "⁠jdm64⁠" Marzano
Peter "⁠stanislaw⁠" Jarguz
Russel "⁠Twistzz⁠" Van Dulken (stand-in)

This lineup could look pretty good now they have Twistzz. If they could -nitr0 for someone else then it could be even better but I'm not sure who they could add.

Liquid looked amazing once jdm joined and everyone expected from them to be competitive t1 etc especially consideirng the fact how mlg went(having adren(who was a stand in but performed alright),nitro and elige being useless as always(back then they either both performed like shit or only one performed) so it was literaly the hiko and simple show and we were like alright they choked but maybe etc..,at cologne they had jdm so we were like yeh they're not favorites but maybe they can do some damage etc. and fairly they did come ot grand finals(mostly because of simple's heroics again) and lost.. That was the point when liquid was shining,but as more time passed the more shitty they became,the was they utilized players was terrible,JDM went from being best awper in na and good awper overall to shit,hiko's performance dropped off like it was nothing,nitro continued to stay shitty,elige has risen up,pimp sometimes showed up sometimes not..now with the stanislaw in,i dont even know what is liquid doing.. Liquid need a proper igl,and honestly saying my top list for na right now is C9,CLG,OG,NRG,TL..

cloud9 is already much more of an NA superteam. They would never give up autimatic if cloud9 took elige and stanislaw from liquid to replace shroud and nothing then that would be a superteam but the core of skadoodle stewie autimatic is the best core of any NA Team
