DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018North beat TYLOO; NiP come back against NRG in Stockholm
North and Ninjas in Pyjamas won their group openers at DreamHack Masters Stockholm, beating TYLOO and NRG, respectively.
Group C action kicked off with North going up against TYLOO on Inferno. Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand's men won the pistol round and the following anti-eco as terrorists, before the Danes answered back with two of their own.
The match quickly developed into quite the skirmish, as the teams traded some intense rounds until Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen's men began denying TYLOO's forays into the bomb sites and pulled ahead, eventually reaching a 10-5 lead at halftime.
The Danes stayed in control after the switch, cleanly winning the pistol round and making it all the way to a 13-5 lead before TYLOO answered back with a brilliant retake on the B site. The Chinese team managed one more round in the second half, but in the end, Inferno was North's to take with the Danes winning it 16-7.

Meanwhile, in group D, NRG took on Ninjas in Pyjamas on Train. The pistol round was a nail biter, as Jonas "Lekr0" Olofsson managed to eliminate the last remaining CT, Damian "daps" Steele, but not before the Canadian had defused the bomb.
The Swedes fired back with a win in their following eco round, but NRG quickly took three to make it 4-1. Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund's men won the two following rounds, but from then on, daps' men took control of the half, reaching a 10-3 lead before Ninjas in Pyjamas once again put themselves on the board. NRG won the last round before the break, making it to 10-5.
Dennis "dennis" Edman showed his prowess with a pistol after the switch, as he managed a 3k to win the round. The Swedes took the following anti eco, but as soon as NRG picked up rifles, they pulled ahead once again to a 13-8 lead before Ninjas in Pyjamas answered back.
And answer back they did, as GeT_RiGhT and co. took five in a row to tie things up. The Swedes didn't stop there, as they couldn't be stopped by NRG and managed the comeback to win the best-of-one.
