Former FaZe and EnVyUs member Fabien "⁠kioShiMa⁠" Fiey will be Cloud9's fifth player at BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen, according to a report from VPEsports.com.

The two-time Major champion will be acting as a stand-in for the North American team, who currently have a four-man active roster after Tyler "⁠Skadoodle⁠" Latham announced his decision to step down from the competitive scene.

kioShiMa has been without an official team since June, when EnVyUs parted ways with both of their French squads. The North American organisation have since announced their return to the scene with a team headlined by Josh "⁠jdm64⁠" Marzano and Noah "⁠Nifty⁠" Francis in an effort to build "a competitive Counter-Strike presence" in the region.

kioShiMa will play for Cloud9 in Copenhagen

Last week, the 24-year-old reunited with Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom and Alexandre "⁠xms⁠" Forté - alongside whom he had competed at the Europe Minor - for the first online qualifier for the next Minor. The team have also signed up for the open qualifier for DreamHack Winter, but the Frenchman is nowhere to be seen on LeftOut's roster. Instead, it will be Red Reserve's Haakon "⁠Radifaction⁠" Tholo playing for the team, who also feature Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill and Žygimantas "⁠nukkye⁠" Chmieliauskas.

Cloud9 will face Natus Vincere in their first match at BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen, which will be held on November 2-3 at the Royal Arena, with $250,000 on offer.

UPDATE: Cloud9 have formally confirmed via Twitter that kioShiMa will be the team's fifth member at BLAST Pro League Copenhagen, which they will attend with the following line-up:
