Rogue, Kinguin earn final spots in ESL Pro League Season 9
Rogue defeated Singularity 2-0 to guarantee their place in ESL Pro League Season 9 while a three-map series rematch between Virtus.pro and Kinguin saw Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas & co. do the same in the European division.
The consolidation final between Rogue & Singularity kicked off on Mirage, where Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen led his squad with an impressive 2.14 rating in the commanding 16-7 map victory over Victor "food" Wong & comapny's map pick.

The series then moved on to Overpass. Rogue got off to a smooth start winning the T pistol and the following anti-ecos, but were stopped in their tracks as Singularity fired all cylinders on their CT-side, taking the first half lead 10-5.
However, the second half was a much different story, as Rogue only allowed three rounds against them, winning eleven on their CT-side to close the map 16-13 and series 2-0 to earn their spot in Season 9.

In the European division, Kinguin and Virtus.pro kicked off their upper bracket semi-final rematch on Train, where Piotr "morelz" Taterka and Michał "snatchie" Rudzki dominated both halves to take the 16-5 map victory and series lead. Moving on to Mirage, Kinguin kept their composure after securing the 9-6 half, winning the remaining four rounds as CTs in the second half to even the series 1-1.
The series then came down to Nuke. Kinguin got the edge winning the CT pistol, but could not secure the following anti-ecos, as Virtus.pro went on to win the next six out of seven rounds to make it 6-2. From there, TaZ & co. tightened their defenses, winning seven straight to take the 9-6 lead at halftime.

The second half was much like the first, as Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski and his men rallied back after their second pistol loss, stamping six on the board (12-10). In the end, Kinguin showed no remorse, closing out the series 2-1 with six of their own, claiming the map, 16-12 and locking their place in ESL Pro League Season 9.
