Redemption POA replace AGO at DreamHack Open Rio

Redemption POA have been named as the replacement for AGO at Dreamhack Open Rio after the Polish side pulled out of the event.

AGO withdrew from the Brazilian event two days before it is set to kick off, citing medical issues, with reports in Poland suggesting that Dominik "⁠GruBy⁠" Swiderski is currently recovering from an ear infection.

Redemption POA recently qualified for the LAN final of ESL Brazil Premier League Season 8, with the team looking to continue their form at DreamHack Open Rio, their biggest tournament ever.

AGO’s spot will be filled by Redemption POA

The Brazilian squad will be cast into Group B alongside Sharks, Valiance, and W7M, taking on Renato "⁠nak⁠" Nakano's troops in the first round of the double-elimination group stage.

Switch W7M & Sharks with Furia & INTZ to have balance groupe! 5 only good team : (named from the best to the worst) Avangar, Valiance, Furia, EUnited, INTZ (who is borderline to be in the worst) 4 in one group actually... They could get Tricked, Virtus.pro, Sprout, ATK, Nordavind, ALTERNATE aTTax, Giants, MVP PK and Movistar Riders as well since Denmark, Poland, Germany, South Africa, Norway, Portugal, South Korea and Spain don’t need a visa to attend Brazil. Tricked and Sprout are gonna be playing in Copenhagen games this weekend so they wouldnt work. Nordavind and Movistar Riders are gonna be playing in the CG BYOC qualifier. MVP has the Asia ESL proleague this weekend. Itd just be much easier to get a team from the same country where the event is, finding a team short notice. As to why they invited this br team over pain/detona/imperial, i have no idea.
