ESL Pro League stage two Group B set to start

Teams like Natus Vincere, North, Cloud9, or BIG are gearing up to play to make it through the last part of the group stage and into the ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals.

After eight teams, four in Europe and four in the Americas, punched their tickets to the ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals, three more made it through when an American and two European teams qualified after the stage two Group A matches.

Na`Vi will be playing for a spot in the Pro League Finals

Now, eight more teams will be fighting in Group B on both continents for three more spots, two in Europe and one in America.

In Europe, Natus Vincere will be facing off against North in their opening match, while Fatih "⁠gob b⁠" Dayik’s BIG will take on HEROIC when the action resumes in Leicester, England, on May 21. After three days, on May 23, the top two teams will have secured a berth in the finals.

In Burbank, California, Cloud9, Ghost, eUnited, and Infinity, will be going up against each other, but unlike in Europe, where two teams will make the finals, only the victor will earn a spot in the LAN tournament in Montpellier.

The three qualifying sides will join the ones from this second stage's Group A, as well as the eight that qualified after topping their groups during the first stage of play. To round out the roster will be one of Athletico, Chiefs, ORDER, or Grayhound, from the Oceania qualifier, as TYLOO already punched their ticket in the Asian one.

Once all sixteen teams are known, the finals will take place in Montpellier, France, on June 18-23, with $750,000 on the line.

I mean it's C9's bracket to lose tbh. I feel like if they drop out of ESL pro League they'll make another roster change maybe replace Vice with TenZ or Cajun for another European(Maybe SunNy if he changes his mind now that the roster will be stable). Although I'd much rather see Vice go for TenZ than Cajun because I think Cajun has been doing a fine job in C9. Everybody hates on him and says he's washed up, but he was the best player in Optic and continues his consistency in C9
