Bad News Bears, Peeker's Advantage through to Americas Minor NA closed qualifier
Bad News Bears and Peeker's Advantage are the next two teams through to the North American closed qualifier for the Americas Minor after coming through the third open bracket.
There was a fair share of drama to the qualifier as the deciding series between Bad News Bears and The Quest was forfeited halfway through the final map, Overpass. Logan "Voltage" Long could not play the map due to a power outage, and, with The Quest unable to bring in a sub after the game had already started, the team decided to forfeit the match, finishing just outside of the qualifying places for the third week in a row.

On the other side of the bracket, things ran much more smoothly as the ex-Spacestation team, now competing under Peeker's Advantage, cruised through their road to the closed qualifier, beating GGPR, Rugratz and the New England Whalers while giving up just eight rounds on average per map.
There are now just two spots on offer in the closed qualifier, to be determined via the fourth open bracket, scheduled for June 3-4. The team list for the closed stage currently looks as follows:
Americas Minor North America Open Qualifier 3 - StarLadder Major 2019
Qualifier #4

Yassine 'Subroza' Taoufik

Tsvetelin 'CeRq' Dimitrov
René 'cajunb' Borg
Maikil 'Golden' Selim
Edgar 'MarKE' Maldonado
