Asger "⁠Farlig⁠" Jensen has completed the transfer to GODSENT, replacing Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill on the active lineup.

The 21-year-old AWPer, formerly of Copenhagen Flames, was linked to move to GODSENT on Thursday, with the Sweden-based organization now announcing that they have completed the signing, with Farlig transferred to GODSENT's roster effective immediately.

Farlig is the third player to depart Copenhagen Flames in the last three months

The roster move follows an impressive ESL One: Road to Rio showing from the young Dane, who posted a 1.22 rating across 21 maps played and averages a 1.13 rating across the last three months. Farlig will be replacing Maikelele on the roster, one of the two original members of the lineup which started off as NoChance at the end of 2018.

Maikelele took to TwitLonger to express his disappointment with the situation, admitting that his skill was lacking but cited a change of atmosphere and that he was in a "chamber of constant criticism regarding a lot more than CS:GO":

The news is out.
I learned about this 00.00 CEST thursday and apparently it took 3 hours for everything to happen until they told me I was benched and that they have found a replacement. 3 hours to take away a team that I created and worked extremly hard for since November 2018.

Yes it is true that I have been lacking in individual skill lately but there are reasons why.

I want to make this short since I will make a video on my youtube channel describing my journey in GODSENT, how it happened, player changes, finding orgs etc.

What I want to share is that the team haven't been what it used to be for the past couple of months; With constant negativity and playing for other people's happiness.

I was put in the chamber of constant criticism regarding a lot more than CS:GO and don't get me wrong, criticism is the way to improve in different areas and it helps you to become better. But not if it starts to get personal.

What I'm most disappointed at is that I've backed up players so much, looking away from their flaws to find what's positive instead of the negative things. But I didn't get the same in return.

I will try to describe more of what has been going on in the video but for now let's see what's in store for lele next. Thank you for all the support you bring me throughout the years.

Meanwhile, Copenhagen Flames are now down to four players, with the loss of their star AWPer a big hit for the Danish squad. This is the third player they said farewell to in the last three months as Asger "⁠AcilioN⁠" Larsen transferred to MAD Lions and René "⁠TeSeS⁠" Madsen moved to HEROIC.

It was only in Vitality that he took up the IGL mantle, whatever happened before that is completely irrelevant because he had just never gotten the opportunity to prove himself. About Godsent not skipping tournaments, we'll see about that. Teams will eventually realize that they can't continue like this. Also, Godsent's schedule is unlikely to be as busy as Vitality's from last year.

I really liked CPH Flames, first Acilion and Teses now Farlig. I hate when orgs ruin teams like that. Same thing happened with Space Soldiers. They just had to -despe -ngin to be decent again. Xantares' backstab ruined every other player in SS except Calyx and look at Xantares now, just as bad as he was in SS. I hope Refrezh gets a chance in a different team.
