Playing with their coach as a stand-in, Chaos have defeated MIBR 2-1 in the opening match of cs_summit 6 North America.

Just a day after finishing second in BLAST Premier Spring Finals after a 2-0 defeat to Evil Geniuses, MIBR were back in action in the qualifier for summer Regional Major Ranking event, cs_summit 6 North America. Taking on Chaos, ranked 39th in the world, who were fielding their coach Matthew "⁠mCe⁠" Elmore instead of the Valve-banned Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan, MIBR were overwhelming favorites, but ended up dropping the game 2-1.

fer and co. are in the lower bracket of the cs_summit 6 qualifier

Nathan "⁠leaf⁠" Orf and Anthony "⁠vanity⁠" Malaspina were leading the way for Chaos as they stunned MIBR 16-6 on Overpass to start the series, but MIBR recovered with a resounding win on Dust2, 16-8.

The series came down to classic series-decider Inferno. The map ended up going into overtime, with Vito "⁠kNgV-⁠" Giuseppe and Erick "⁠Xeppaa⁠" Bach standing out for their respective sides, however, it was Chaos came out on top in the added rounds, securing an unlikely 2-1 victory.
