BLAST Premier Fall Series schedule revealed

BLAST Premier Fall Series is scheduled to start on October 26, running a three-group GSL stage ending on November 4.

The $150,000 BLAST Premier Fall Series will feature three GSL groups made up of four teams apiece. Each group will be played out over three days, with the top two teams securing a spot at the BLAST Premier Fall Finals, while the bottom two teams will have another chance at redemption through the Fall Showdown.

The BLAST tournament is unifying the European and North American regions as several American teams will fly to Europe to play the online event, which will feature the first intercontinental bout on the first day of play, Monday, October 26, when Evil Geniuses and OG face off right after the tournament's opening match between Ninjas in Pyjamas and Natus Vincere.

EG will face OG in the BLAST Premier Fall Series opening day

The second group will kick off on Thursday, October 29, right after the first group concludes, with the opening matches pitting Vitality vs. Complexity, where Nabil "⁠Nivera⁠" Benrlitom could possibly make a debut, and BIG vs. FaZe on the other.

A day off on Sunday will give way to the third group starting on Monday, November 2, where the two Brazilian squads in attendance, MIBR and FURIA, will go up against Astralis and G2 in their opening matches.

kinda 🤡 decision to travel to europe to play 2 events with 3 standins tbh i'd say they probably have contractually obligations but FPX was able to dodge flashpoint as well so it looks like there wouldve been a way to skip these events

+1 Would be a nice test to see how far they come, don't even have to win, but if they're able to stand a chance? Maybe it's a good way to go on with that roster, but I agree with kaeschdle, if vsm is banned from Volvo events, it would kinda be a bad call, but they can still replace him ofc.

After the disband, yeah I can imagine that ppl want to be with MiBR, but I wouldn't have wanted to be an part of them as they were before. Idk, I would say an KCERATO or someone from Furia like Yuurih, but they are tied to contracts so that won't happen unless IGG is willing to pay big money to buy them out (if there's a clause)
