The fifth placed team in the closed qualifier, Furious, will take the spot.

9z are unable to return to South America in time to compete at CBCS Elite League Season 1, which kicks off on April 21, and will therefore miss out on the first South American RMR event.

The squad led by Bruno "⁠BIT⁠" Fukuda Lima had initially planned on returning to South America in time to play the RMR event after their participation at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown in Europe, but unable to find flights that would get them back home in time they have now been forced to forfeit their spot.

The bad news for 9z comes at a particularly sweet moment in the team's history, as they recently made headlines by eliminating Vitality from BLAST Premier Spring Showdown in their opening best-of-three series before falling to HEROIC in the second round.

The spot left open by 9z was given to Jonathan "⁠JonY BoY⁠" Muñoz's Furious, who finished the closed qualifier in fifth place, and they will be kicking off their tournament run against MIBR in the first round of the Swiss stage.

If you give them 1 or 2 weeks, i think they can be by endpoint level, so tier 2, and whit even more time who knows, they also said that no preparstion for vitality or heroic had been made because the stand-in, they needed to adjust the team.

Yhe, but I doubt 100% that both vitality and heroic studied them, when u are a new team playing against higher tier teams u can always upset, since the other team dont have enough info and games to study you know, I thnk they have some very talented players, but I cant see them t2 in Europe, maybbe with a year or more but atm... Cs in europe is too much competitive.
