SJ sign SADDYX

The 20-year-old returns to the organization for a second spell after a brief stay in ENCE.

SJ have completed the signing of Tuomas "⁠SADDYX⁠" Louhimaa, the Finnish organization has announced. Aleksi "⁠zks⁠" Nissinen has been benched just three months into his stint with the team to make room for the new addition.

SADDYX became a free agent in early April following his release from ENCE, with whom he only played two official matches at the end of 2020 before the team around Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli underwent an overhaul, switching to an international roster with three signings from outside of the Nordic country in early 2021.

SADDYX returns to SJ

He has now returned to SJ, where he had previously played for close to three years in 2018-2020 and with whom he had won several local competitions and international tournaments at the lower tier, and peaked in 35th place of the HLTV.org World Ranking in September 2019.

The only player remaining from the roster SADDYX departed at the end of 2020 is the in-game leader, Tony "⁠arvid⁠" Niemelä, around whom the organization built an entirely new squad in January as they signed Verneri "⁠BONA⁠" Junkala, Leevi "⁠AKE⁠" Kovalainen, Joel "⁠Jelo⁠" Lentonen, and zks.

The Finnish side currently have nothing on their schedule following the addition of their newest recruit. They last played in the Spring Sweet Spring 1 Regionals tournament, from which SJ were eliminated in last place following losses to Galaxy Racer and KOVA.

I think jamppi has internal conflict right now, on the otherhand he would want to play cs, but he just signed with liquid valorant team, which pays him well, so we will see.

liquid are not gonna keep him if he wants to play cs. whats the point? but he is finishing their journey, outside chance to qualify for Iceland Major, if not could be back to cs very fast

Do you even know how hard he carried before he joined Liquid? While his mates were on 30k he was on 50-70k it was just insane how well he played. His first matches on liquid proofed his insane performance. Then somehow he fell/lack it but he still is a decent player in my opinion

If theyre happy in top 15 then sure keep him. But if they want to reach top 5 I dont see them doing it with jemi. Jemi makes too many mistakes and loses too many duels. After this RMR event HAVU could have tried out SADDYX in a lesser tournament and keep him if hes good and bring back jemi if hes not. I dont see how that would be bad. They either get an inprovement to the roster or they played one small tournament without jemi for nothing.

Team synergy means nothing to you, besides Saddyx is not an improvement over jemi. If they tried sergej then sure but saddyx is not good enough at all.
