Eternal Fire complete roster with xfl0ud

The former GORILLAZ member has filled the spot left after the departure of Issa "⁠ISSAA⁠" Murad.

Eternal Fire have announced the signing of Yasin "⁠xfl0ud⁠" Koç, completing their roster once again following the departure of ISSAA, who left the team on Monday after he couldn't adapt to his new life in Turkey.

The newest member joins the Turkish "superteam" on a transfer from GORILLAZ, where he briefly plied his trade in the middle of the year before he decided to step down in one of many losses the Robin "⁠flusha⁠" Rönnquist-led squad suffered since coming to life in April.

xfl0ud returns to a Turkish team after a brief spell with GORILLAZ

xfl0ud has already been seen playing alongside his Turkish compatriots, in the second IEM Winter Europe open qualifier, which saw Eternal Fire falter to Wisla Krakow in the round of 16 despite a promising performance from the 18-year-old.

Ismailcan "⁠XANTARES⁠" Dörtkardeş and company will next play in the REPUBLEAGUE TIPOS Season 2 playoffs, where they are set to face Fiend in the first round of the double-elimination bracket on Friday at 19:00 .

The squad are also slated to participate in the DreamHack Open November closed qualifier on October 20-21 among several teams ranked above them, such as FORZE, Entropiq, and fnatic.

Eternal Fire will field the following roster moving forward:

Well, I suppose that's not a issue limited to Turkey, unfortunately... But is it something widespread when it comes to EF? I was obviously referring to the current meta/to the present + future (not to the past). If you put old SS in todays meta together they would not achieve anything with ngin and majer as deadweight. Old SS was decent for the time they played together. There weren't as many good aimers as today (and Xantares was insane) + majer was an okaish IGL for that time (who didn't need to frag). The cs go meta change tho and the game got more competetive overall.

he competed very well in ESL turkey championships back in the day, and he grinded FPL when he was in FPL-C, got the first place and he's pretty decent despite the fact that he's just 18. He's a pretty known player in turkey and he did very well as a stand-in yesterday. He has played in GORILLAZ too

That's not true if you watched him play you'd see his solid nothing crazy but reliable so far plays way better then imorr who supposed to be one of star or entry as far as I know but he usually gets no entry just stays last and then dies like bot and ends up bottomfragging

xantares is in his prime. w0xic in his prime would technically make him one of top 20 players which is not the case. i doubt he will reach that ever again though. calyx is not supposed to carry like in his ss days, but i think he is also out of shape and i am not optimistic about his chances to perform well. on paper imor, woxic and calyx all are underperforming. imor has the potential to be the second best player in this team but maybe needed awping duties. hopefully they will play more double awps in ct side in near future.

He seems like a solid player, decent signing. Should be a decent replacement for ISSAA, but I would still prefer ISSAA to stay, but both seem like solid players, so all good for Eternal I guess. The best would be if ISSAA stayed and xfl0ud replaced Calyx, that would be dream come true, but still, not bad.
