XTQZZZ is on the lookout for a new job again

Rémy "⁠XTQZZZ⁠" Quoniam is no longer part of TSM's plans of the organization's return to Counter-Strike, a report from Blix first revealed and the French coach has confirmed to HLTV.

"I don't like the term 'leave' because I didn't sign anything, otherwise yes, I didn't get an agreement with TSM," XTQZZZ said. The 34-year-old did not wish to clarify the reasons for pulling out of the project he had reportedly had a big say in building over the summer break.

Blix's report states the entire roster is in jeopardy over "alleged breaches in verbal agreements relating to the length of contract and some bonuses" and that changes could be on the horizon.

According to multiple reports the North American organization had its sights set on a lineup boasting some well-known and experienced names in interz, JACKZ, and Valdemar "⁠valde⁠" Bjørn Vangså, as well as rising stars Cai "⁠CYPHER⁠" Watson and Mădălin-Andrei "⁠MoDo⁠" Mirea.

Es3tag was always great in environments in which he could play his roles comfortably, he is an excellent support and he was great in both Heroic and Astralis. Not his fault that the collossus and NiP rostermania shitshow didn't work out, of course when the team is dysfunctional the supportive players take the biggest hit. They can only play properly when the rest of the team is like a well-oiled machine. Interz was good, don't get me wrong, but he never performed like Es3tag did at his role. May I remind you the time when he was in Astralis and practically became their 3rd best player after Device and Magisk? Jackz is a great raw entry, with Cypher trading him I think this might as well work. For some reason you seem to underrate these players, I have no idea what they have done to you but there's really no reason to be so blindly critical, lol.

my brother in Christ, NiP were winning tournaments before they brought that stinking dungheap onto their team. his flashes were bongwater, his trading abysmal, and he didn't even speak swedish very well. as one of the most pandered-to awpers in tier 1/2 he maintained a staggering 0.98 rating, while plopski (at one point considered an insanely talented prospect), hampus and Rez practically acted as his meat shields. every single piece of the complexity roster he was on has found a place in tier 1 apart from him and poizon. this is no coincidence. es3tag has never been good at finding any sort of impact in a round, unless you want to count the odd few exit frags on a 16-5 map loss jackz has been mediocre at entryfragging since late 2018. he has been ragtag since then but the last few months before G2 announced his removal were abysmal to watch, and that's an understatement. cypher is a one-series wonder. he held W on 1 game of vertigo, maintained ok stats for the rest of the major and everyone seems to think bro is a god. skeptical as I am of him though, I don't KNOW he sucks in the way I KNOW es3tag and jackz do.
