Changelog: What's different after CS2's launch?

Valve has released an extensive log of changes following the official launch of Counter-Strike 2.

The developers have followed up the official launch of Counter-Strike 2 with the full list of changes they made to the game since it was last updated as part of the Limited Test on September 15. The latest changelog boasts over 70 lines and a plethora of important additions, adjustments, and bug fixes.

Some of the most important changes have to do with the matchmaking system and include a reset of the Premier rating, the addition of per-map skill groups, as well as a mechanic that will punish party members of cheaters by lowering their rating or skill group.

One of the biggest gripes of the community to do with movement, so-called "rubberbanding" that happens when players collide, has also been addressed.

Two new audio customization settings have been added that you can toy around with to find your preference: an equalizer and a "perspective correction" toggle option. Valve also addressed a bug where scoping in affected directional sound.

In other news, leaning, jumping, and jiggle-peeking animations have been adjusted, along with many other smaller changes to do with gameplay.
