Heroic confirm Zyphon as stand-in for Fall Final

The Danish rifler has joined on loan from Sprout.

There is a chance that Zyphon could join permanently

HEROIC have confirmed the loan signing of Rasmus "⁠Zyphon⁠" Nordfoss from Sprout for BLAST Fall Final. While the move is on loan initially, HLTV has learned that it could turn into a more permanent arrangement.

The Danish lurker rounds out the lineup for Fall Final after HEROIC announced the temporary return of Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller in the wake of Martin "⁠stavn⁠" Lund and Jakob "⁠jabbi⁠" Nygaard's benching.

HEROIC had been playing online with William "⁠sirah⁠" Kjærsgaard and Christoffer "⁠Chr1zN⁠" Storgaard but have opted for more experienced options for their home event in the Royal Arena.

Zyphon broke out alongside jabbi in the Copenhagen Flames roster that made playoffs at PGL Major Antwerp 2022, before moving to Sprout as the lineup was picked apart.

He has shown solid form this term after Sprout sparked to life with the signing of Ihor "⁠w0nderful⁠" Zhdanov, posting a 1.12 rating in online tournaments over the last three months.

With HEROIC, Zyphon will now attend his first LAN since the Paris Major RMRs six months ago.
