BLAST releases Fall Final schedule and opening matchups
The event kicks off on November 22 with the first round of group matches.

BLAST has revealed the opening matchups and the full schedule for the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Final, the first Big Event on LAN in Europe since the release of Counter-Strike 2.
The event will take place at the Royal Arena, in Copenhagen, and feature eight top teams, who will duke it out for the lion's share of a $425,000 prize pool and a spot at the BLAST Premier World Final.
The eight teams, determined by the Fall Groups and the Showdown tournaments held in Europe and in the Americas, have been split into two double-elimination groups, with the top three teams from each group advancing to the playoffs.
The group winners will go straight to the semi-finals, while the runners-up and the third-placed teams will progress to the quarter-finals.
The tournament will begin with a clash between FaZe and Ninjas in Pyjamas, who just played out a 53-round thriller of an Ancient game at the CS Asia Championships. But this time around, Alejandro "alex" Masanet will be leading the Ninjas in what will be his first appearance with the Ninjas.
The match will be followed by a mouth-watering bout between Cloud9 and Natus Vincere that will mark Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov's debut for the Ukrainian organization.

Meanwhile, William "mezii" Merriman will play his first official match for Vitality against HEROIC, who are attending the event with two stand-ins, Casper "cadiaN" Møller and Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss. Bringing the curtain down on the opening day of the event will be the match between Complexity and hometown favorites Astralis.
