Snappi and sAw depart ENCE
The pair were a part of the Finnish organization for three years.

Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and Eetu "sAw" Saha have parted ways with ENCE, the Finnish organization has announced.
Snappi's departure comes ahead of an expected move to Falcons, the team he was linked with a move to by a November 5 report from SheepEsports. sAw's destination is unknown, with Falcons already having Danny "zonic" Sørensen on their books.
The same report indicated that Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander is ENCE's target to replace Snappi, and further credence to that was added when the former Astralis captain departed the Danish organization on Wednesday after reaching an agreement with an unnamed organization.

The Snappi and sAw duo powered two different iterations of ENCE to No. 2 in the world rankings, first with Lotan "Spinx" Giladi, and then again with Guy "NertZ" Iluz.
That run included a title victory at IEM Dallas 2023, runners-up finishes at ESL Pro League Season 15, IEM Dallas 2022, IEM Cologne 2023, and Gamers8, and top-four placements at PGL Major Antwerp and a number of other big events.
Snappi offered his thanks to ENCE for placing their trust in him as a captain and in building their roster alongside sAw, and thanked his former teammates for their time together.
He also revealed that he had received "multiple financially lucrative offers from other teams while at ENCE," but stated that he always prioritized winning above all else and that was one thing that ENCE gave him the conditions to do.
sAw also offered thanks to the organization and his former teammates, before going on to elaborate on his decision to seek different opportunities.
"As they say, all good things come to an end," the Finn says. "I definitely think this is an end to something good, but on the other hand, you can also say it’s the beginning of something even better. The decision to look for new opportunities wasn’t easy, but I feel that it was necessary at this point in my career."
Mika "miqaqu" Kuusisto and Niklas "Willkey" Ojalainen, ENCE's CEO and General Managers, respectively, thanked the player and coach for their trust and credited the latter for helping build the foundation for their future. Willkey also revealed that the organization made strong efforts to keep Snappi and sAw, but honored the choice from both to depart.
"We made it possible for both of them to continue with us and extend their contracts with us with great compensation," he explained. "It was their own decision to make the change, and we honor that choice. I wish good luck for both of them in their future projects."
ENCE are down to:
Guy "NertZ" Iluz
Pavle "Maden" Bošković
Paweł "dycha" Dycha
Álvaro "SunPayus" García
Marco 'Snappi' Pfeiffer
