FACEIT integration goes live on HLTV

Use your FACEIT rank as a crutch in forum arguments and check pro players' FPL and FACEIT stats swiftly with the latest website update.

FACEIT and HLTV have joined forces, creating a connection between the oldest Counter-Strike coverage website and the most popular competitive platform, resulting in several FACEIT-related integrations across the HLTV website.

The first one noticed by our users were the additions to the Player Profile pages, where you can now find a link to a player's FACEIT profile next to their social media accounts, as well as a FACEIT tab for their all time and FACEIT Pro League stats. Additionally, FPL winners have their winning seasons noted on the trophy bar.

To highlight rising talents and experienced stars who are on the grind, you will now be able to find the FPL ranking on the HLTV home page. The widget displays the five top players of the current season and provides a link to the complete ranking, making it easily accessible to users curious about what is happening in the most elite in-house league system in Counter-Strike.

Forum users will also be benefiting from the FACEIT integration, as it is bringing badges to user profiles. Connect your HLTV and FACEIT accounts to have your rank displayed next to your name in the comments (there are extra badges for FACEIT Plus and FACEIT verified users), with more details such as ELO and region in which you are competing visible on your profile.

FACEIT-related badges are not the only ones we are adding in this update to HLTV, however, with a Veteran badge for users that have been on the website for over 10 years and Verified badges for industry members. Stay tuned for more badges and forum updates in the future.
