Revenant invited to Skyesports Championship

The new team headlined by NBK- and Nivera won't have to wait long to make its LAN debut.

Revenant have been handed the fifth and final invitation to compete at Skyesports Championship, a $200,000 event taking place in the organization's home country of India from July 23-28.

The official invitation follows just a day after the organization announced its entry into Counter-Strike with a new European roster led by French veteran Nathan "⁠NBK-⁠" Schmitt.

Nivera makes CS return in Revenant alongside NBK-

That features Nabil "⁠Nivera⁠" Benrlitom, who has returned to Counter-Strike after a stint in VALORANT, former Sprout star Laurențiu "⁠lauNX⁠" Țârlea, Gucci Academy alumnus Adelin "⁠adeX⁠" Nica, and former Anonymo and HONORIS rifler Kamil "⁠reiko⁠" Cegiełko.

Five of the other seven teams attending Skyesports Championship have already been determined. Eternal Fire, The MongolZ, BetBoom and FURIA were previously handed invites, and Aurora secured their qualification after winning Skyesports Masters earlier this year.

Two more teams will earn their place at the event through closed qualifiers in Europe and India.
