Spirit are through to the upper bracket final at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade Season 2 after pulverizing FURIA 2-0 (13-4 Mirage, 13-1 Anubis).
"Completely humiliated," FURIA's coach Sid "sidde" Macedo stated on X after the game. "Those guys [Spirit] are on a much higher level."
The best-of-three lasted less than an hour-and-a-half, such was Spirit's dominance, with FURIA unable to get the slightest foothold into the game as Danil "donk" Kryshkovets lay waste to them round after round.
Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov spoke about his team wanting to shrug off their embarrassing Cologne defeat upon arriving in Belgrade, with focus put on improving the team atmosphere, mood, and aligning expectations, and he is staying true to his words.
The IEM Katowice and BLAST Spring Final champions have looked back to their best in their wins over Falcons and FURIA, and now sit just one series shy of the grand final, playing the winner of MOUZ vs. paiN next.
FURIA, meanwhile, will face Eternal Fire in the lower bracket, the second time the teams will face after Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo's men got the better of the Turks in a best-of-one seeding match at the end of the Play-in.

The Brazilian team got two rounds in the first half of Mirage by catching Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov off-guard, but they inspired no confidence and did little to counter a 21-4 K-D, 141 ADR, and seven multi-kill CT effort from donk.

The Russian superstar was immovable in Connector and Spirit quickly romped to a win off his efforts, with Anubis unfolding much the same.
sh1ro and Myroslav "zont1x" Plakhotia spurred on a strong start for their side with some early multi-kills while donk continued his rampage, leaving FURIA destitute with just one round to their name.
