GuardiaN, who was originally the team's coach before taking up the AWP, has now been moved to the inactive roster.

BC.Game has announced that AWPer Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács has been moved to the inactive roster. He had initially joined the team as head coach when it was put together in July 2024 but stepped back into the server manning the big green after Guy "⁠anarkez⁠" Trachtman was benching in October.

Coach Benjamin "⁠cube⁠" Stabell was brought on when GuardiaN joined the active roster, but the AWPer's return to playing didn't last long. "This decision reflects our move toward a new direction as we shape the future of our roster," BC.Game's statement reads.

The 33-year-old, a six-time Top 20 Player of the Year between 2013 and 2018, couldn't roll back the years with BC.Game, and finished his time as the team's sniper with a 0.97 rating.

Lekro is a deagle maestro with many years of deep experience. Cacanito has solid stage experience against top teams. jkaem is also a major semi-finalist twice and with significant rifling expertise -- primetapz i dont know much about -- guardian as coach could be useful

I really like STYKO, but as the chairman of Apeks once said to me: "If he (Styko) was as good at the game as he is professional, he would be the perfect player for any team". He just isnt good enough unfortunatly. Pr1metapz looks decent tho!

There's not that much to study at this point, really. This can be observed with most top-level talent in an early period of any sport or esport. It takes time and resources to develop methods that keep players at their peak performance for a long time (say 8+ years), he simply peaked before such methods were available. When the first real efforts to have complex support for player longevity came, he was already way past his prime. The current generation of players - m0nesy, donk, etc. will already have longer peak performance period and likely overall longer career.
