r1nkle signs contract extension with NIP

The Ukrainian AWPer has commited his future to NIP until 2028.

Ninjas in Pyjamas have announced that Artem "⁠r1nkle⁠" Moroz has extended his contract with the Swedish organization through to 2028.

Ukrainian AWPer r1nkle joined Ninjas in Pyjamas from B8 early in 2024 as part of a complete revamp of the team following their failure to qualify for PGL Major Copenhagen. The youngster had shown his potential on B8 across several RMR appearances, attracting the attention of bigger teams.

NIP confirm r1nkle signing

The then-teenager struggled to find consistency at first in a cobbled-together Ninjas in Pyjamas squad that featured a number of academy players, but showed flashes of promise, such as a 1.20-rated event showing on LAN at YaLLa Compass 2024, which resulted in a second-place finish for his team.

Since Ninjas in Pyjamas' overhaul at the start of 2025 r1nkle has cemented himself as the team's star player alongside Rasmus "⁠sjuush⁠" Beck, producing a 1.21 average rating across the year thus far as the squad have sought to navigate their way up the VRS.

r1nkle's showings at the ongoing PGL Astana, his first tier-one event for some time, have served to emphasise his potential, as he is currently among the top-rated players of the tournament with Ninjas in Pyjamas on the verge of a playoff spot.
