ENCE promote myltsi to main roster

The Finnish player is getting a shot with the main team to fill a vacant slot.

ENCE have announced that academy player Ville "⁠myltsi⁠" Vilkman has been promoted to the main squad as a replacement for Kacper "⁠xKacpersky⁠" Gabara, who has been loaned out to Ninjas in Pyjamas.

myltsi was widely regarded as the most promising player on ENCE Academy, who are currently ranked 106th on the global VRS. He will reunite with his former academy teammate Paavo "⁠podi⁠" Heiskanen, who was promoted in April 2024 to replace Olek "⁠hades⁠" Miskiewicz.

The roster change comes after a challenging season in which ENCE could not break into the top 30 in the VRS. The team attended only one LAN, the Tipsport Conquest of Prague 2025 Finals, where they finished second to fnatic.

myltsi will make his first appearance as a full ENCE member later today as the team will take on ROSY in the Round of 16 of Exort The Proving Grounds Season 2.

xkacpersky loaned, myltsi is stand-in for now and if needed ENCE can sign/loan someone. ENCE probably wants to see if myltsi is ready for main roster, if not they can always loan him to some other international/Finnish roster. My guess is that they sign/renew gla1ve depends how they play this season.

Could ence realistically be fully finnish by sometime in 2026? Bringing in banjo, and aleksib seem like something that could realistically happen in the next 12 months. I just dont really know about the 5th, if they promote teme, or if they somehow entice Jimi, which is comepletely unrealistic. Either way, is it realistic to expect Ence to go full finnish again?

If navi continue not doimg too well, it could be presumed he might get the boot. If that does happen, what teams are realistically chasing him? I see potential in NIP of Snappi retires, or perhaps GamerLegion if they think he can help them take that next step forward, or G2 if Hunter cant transition properly into IGL. There are no other teams i realistically see dropping their IGL for Aleksib, and i doubt he goes back to another G2 in turmoil, or NIP if they cant stay in the top 20 range. He's won his trophies, he's won his major, going to ENCE and helping build a young national team and building up players doesn't seem that far fetched. Yes a lot can happen in a year, but where is he heading is he is benched on NAVI?
