NRG move up to fourth in Americas VRS with Fragadelphia Fragville title
The North American team picked up its first LAN trophy of the year just days after making a roster change.

NRG won Fragadelphia Fragville on Sunday after beating Ninjas in Pyjamas 3-1 in the grand final, racking up 121 VRS points to jump to fourth in the Americas rankings just a month before the Major invite cutoff.
The title-winning run came just days after the team brought in Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek to replace Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly. The South African veteran looked at home in his first tournament with NRG as he averaged a 1.18 rating, the joint-second-highest on the team.

But the star of the show was Alexander "br0" Bro, who put up a 1.32 playoff rating and top-fragged on two of the three maps that NRG won in the final to beat a Ninjas in Pyjamas team that had to do without Artem "r1nkle" Moroz, who missed the event due to visa issues. He was replaced by Owen "smooya" Butterfield, who averaged a 1.22 rating in the playoffs.

The runner-up finish sees Ninjas in Pyjamas re-enter the qualification zone for the Budapest Major as they are now ranked 16th in Europe. "If we do well at StarLadder, we'll probably get there, and if we don't, we won't," Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer told Dust2.us. "StarLadder is going to be our Major qualifier."
There's still a huge potential for a shake-up in the Americas VRS: Brazil will host two open LANs in the coming month, and Fragadelpia will run a tournament right before the cutoff with teams like Passion UA and Wildcard in attendance, in addition to European sides such as fnatic, Ninjas in Pyjamas, SAW and ENCE.
