fnatic claim Major spot with Fragadelphia title

fnatic are bound for the Major after a hard-fought LAN campaign in the United States.

fnatic have secured victory at Fragadelphia Blocktober 2025, taking down 9INE in a best-of-five final that went the distance.

For their troubles, Benjamin "blameF" Bremer and company have earned a place among the top 16 in Europe ahead of the VRS invitation deadline for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

After a disappointing quarter-final finish at the Birch Cup in Gdansk, Poland, fnatic took the jump over to Philadelphia for one last shot at laying claim to a Major berth.

En route to their trophy hoist, fnatic took down a slew of fellow European sides, first sending Metizport home before scraping past BIG in the quarter-finals. Once down to the final four, the stakes became clear, as the winner of the event would be guaranteed a place at the Major.

fnatic continued their run with a 2-0 victory over DraculaN Season 2 champs OG, setting up a best-of-five grand final against 9INE. Neither side was able to find success on their map pick, with the two teams trading their selections to force the Train decider. After a tight 6-6 half to kick off the final map, fnatic found an edge on the offense, pulling ahead to a 13-9 to book their Major ticket at 9INE's expense.

Tbf before that miracle run during EPL they fumbled against recently disbanded team on LAN and then took a penalty VRS point loss due to mid-tournament withdrawal Objectively M8s are probably the better team right now, but it was a tight race.

really funny that they fumbled because of losses to both inner circles, the polish and Ukrainian ones.

Funny thing isn’t even M8’s fail. Literally about 5-10 needed to fail to some extent for FNATIC to qualify and it actually happened. What a miracle

but the reality is VRS doesn't picture the last moment of the season. M8 did nothing the first quarters of the season. If we follow your logic, vitality should be at stage 2, M8 should directly have an invite for stage 2. Aurora should be at playoffs automatically, they beat m8 easily. m8 is having a good run, because they had no pressure and was not supposed to be there at the first place. Same as legacy. It doesn't mean they are bad, but people underlooked the pressure thing.

what has m8 done in the past 6 months? I didn't even know a movistar riders reboot was a thing until this very epl

Fuck this fnatic, I'm with Kassad, they should shut down. From what they used to be to now in cs? Shame. BlameF needs a real team. This team will do nothing at the major and BlameF will be stuck in purgatory. At least you had some notion that they could move forward, if they got a piece or two, when they had Matys on the roster, but now it's just Blamef carrying a bunch of bozo's.
