I'm extremely proud of these guys. When I first started playing this game, European CS in general were just years ahead of us in terms of game knowledge and team structure. I remember the first big torunament I attended (CPL Sao Paulo), where SK from germany led by [sk.jap] completely dominated the tournament without dropping more than 2-3 rounds in total. I remember thinking they were untouchable. When my teammates and I founded mibr, we had high hopes of bringing the brazilian community steps closer to the international scene, and i believe we did, especially with cogu and fnx. But watching these guys now, 15 years later, being number 1 in the world, playing as the legendary SK Gaming squad and defending their top1 spot so consistantly, makes me emotional and in complete awe. It's not specifically a weakness, it's more of a huge advantage that they have. There has been a lot of discussion around removing pistol rounds in general or having the bonus be 5k for both teams after round 1. This would remove the 6/16 round advantage teams gain sometimes.

they were scared because SK looks stronger in those maps, mirage and train are their best maps, and nuke before update certainly was the best map of VP, also guilt pasha for throw the pistol round if they win it the game would be different.

pasha lost the pistol because of shitty hitboxes I think. also, vp lost nuke 12-16 to gambit, maybe that should have been a good enough sign that they shouldn't have picked that map against the world's best team? moreover, VP had played train and mirage much more than newke so imo if they picked one of those they'd have a better chance of beating SK, even if those are SK's best maps.
