jabbi yes, stavn is inconsistent and there are moments where saying he s better is just an offense to any player. Even in Heroic he was inconsistent but in Astralis its on another different level. I'm pretty sure that the lack of success for Astralis team is because of Astralis org. The same thing happened when prime Astralis played less tournaments and had their form dip because org wanted them to play BLAST's. Could give other orgs that probably also have huge influence on why team isn't succeding but that's up to people to guess

You really think an organisation isn't to blame for certain failures of Astralis? Another thing that this nonsense many time has been proven by different variations of Astralis. Gla1ve sure might lead Astralis way better, but that would require for Astralis to accept that they made a mistake and buy him back. They rarely do such things and check other options. Another thing is looking at the roster and seeing Staehr is hungry to win as a player but some players just don't look motivated at all. Maybe except Staehr and Heroic duo Ruggah also isn't good enough coach to compete so who would've literally Astralis gained ever since zonic left. Astralis is unable to gain good enough coach to help them in trouble. Gla1ve igling would improve them but in larger picture they would still not be a team to compete to win trophies without coach. I always said jabbi shouldn't have been signed by Astralis. Blame is an avg igl at best, he doesn't have in depth plans and understanding of all the maps that an igl must have for a top tier team. Though he is excellent at calling in a couple maps, that's not enough. They should have signed a full time IGL instead of Jabbi. On another note, while G1ave's improvement in individual form is pretty much his own, it's his excellent igl'ing in ence that's worth noticing and appreciable. I always believed he is a good leader and he is still proving it. I may be wrong but i believe his successful igling is because he is getting full autonomy on team playstyle and player positioning like he wants it to be in every single map and every moment in and outside the game. Unlike in Astralis after signing Blamef, it got divided and no player especially someone like him would like it, which can cause a huge impact on igling leading to poor game performance by the team.
